despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

I am watching too many crime shows
I had a dream last night that I was bleeding...
...and I had used some luminol and was looking at it under a fluorescent light ;o)

Interesting... dreaming of luminol probably means you are watching too many crime shows :)
Are you also a CSI addict?
Eileen - I have heard that vivid dreams are a side effect of pregnancy but I have yet to have any "interesting" ones ;o)
Captain - I do love CSI New York - I tried watching the other 2 but couldnt get into them
