I am so excited because Evie can have her first proper pancake day ;o)
I have been semi lazy and have bought the ready mixed batter...
...good old m&s ;o)
I will do Evie a pancake when James gets home from work so that it has time to cool down before she has her dinner ;o)

You'll have to put a nice topping on for her. I can imagine she might throw it on the floor otherwise :-)
I like maple syrup on mine but Martyn just has sugar substitute as he's diabetic. Ready mixed batter here too :-)

Eileen - I sprinkled some brown sugar on - but she wasnt overly impressed and only ate a little bit of it - either that or she had spat it out on her high chair and I hadnt seen it!
Kelly - we dont have pancakes as a normal thing here although Im sure if more places did them then they would be a big seller - so we end up loving pancake day ;o)
Baby first Mardi Gras (we dont have that here either) oh my ;o)
