despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

unfortunately she never made it in as she was ill on her way in (despite having some cough mixture before we left home).

Oh no! How sad that she was too ill to go. She looks great in her little costume! I hope she's feeling a bit better now.
Aww what a shame she never made it because she was poorly. She looks terrific in her costume. Hoping she feels better soon.
I will dress her up again in it on Saturday I think ;o)
