despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

yikes Im 40!
Its my birthday today, and a scary one at that...
Not too sure how I feel about no longer being 30 something, it will be a ride and hopefully a fun one at that ;o)

40 isn't horrible. I don't know that any age is really horrible anymore. Except, I am sure that I will have a crisis when I hit 30, unless I am already teaching...if I am still in school, I'll go bananas!
