despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

Christmas chocolates and £2 off
The other day I got a club update from Hotel Chocolat, in there was a £2 off voucher to use towards one of their special selections...
We went into a card shop last weekend which had a display of Christmas cards on display. It gets earlier and earlier each year:) Hope you have ordered yourself a special BIG box of chocolates:)

it always amazes me that the Christmas stuff comes out before the kids have gone back to school...
..yes I have ordered myself a nice box of chocolates for Christmas ;o)
It's way too early to be thinking about Christmas already. Stop!
I have a good enough excuse to think about Christmas early for once ;o)
