despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).
Those harnesses are such a good idea.It's nice that she has a favourite toy.In fact I think my son still has his Basil Brush :-)I'm sure Evie will give you both kisses when she is ready :-)
She really doesn't give y'all kisses??? Silly girl.
Eileen - Evie has a few cuddly toys that she loves to cuddle ;o)When I want to attract her attention I just make one of them jump about a bit and she will come over to me ;o)Kelly & Eileen - I guess that she thinks that kisses are given by Mummies to her little ones ;o)
