despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

finally autumn
This morning we woke up to mist...
...when I opened the front door to see what it is like outside it is quite chilly...
...so I reckon tat I will soon be packing away Evies summer clothes and washing her winter stuff.

It's still quite warm here, I've been out today in cut off pants and sandals. We've done well considering it's almost October!
the weather hasnt been too bad here either...
...in the mornings it has been a bit chilly but then brightening up later.
