despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

Do you remember when my daughter took photos of her appalling hospital food? I think she posted the photos on Facebook and they ended up in a newspaper article :-) I'll never forget her half a salad, they just left the ham off the plate because she's vegetarian :)
