despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

another engineer visit
I switched on sky this morning and we have no satellite signal!

How frustrating! It's bad enough that it doesn't work, but then you also have the hassle of staying home for the engineer to call. X
On no not again, you don't have much luck with your Sky. Hopefully it'll get sorted good and proper this time.
