despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

I will have to ask my Mum
In the last few days Evie has started to talk when she is crying...
...its mainly to tell me that she is hungry.
I dont remember Brother #2 or my Sister doing this when they were babies.
It's hard for first time parents, so it's good you have your Mum to ask for advice. Why not try giving Evie a rusk to bite on between meals ...that's if they still make them :-)
