despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

From Monday I will have a Civil Servant living in my house ;o)
Dont panic, were not getting a lodger...
James is being made a permanent person ;o)
Considering what the job market is like at the moment Im well pleased for him.
