despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

welcome Andy
Another one of my flickr mates Andy has started reading this here blog, and has even set up a username of Umbongo ;o)
Umbongo had jungle animals on the outside of the carton, and a mixture of fluids that tasted aproximatley like fruit juice on the inside. Even so, they drank it in the jungle. Which explains the loss of the rain forests.
Actually, the monkey star from the adverts didn't fare so well. Such is the price of fam, after Umbongo his career went down hill. In 1995 he was found guilty of possessing Shake-n-Vac with intent to supply, and went into rehab. Where he stayed until being reclaimed by his old ad'agency to do adverts with Johnny Vegas. Yes, that's him.

The chocolate shrunken head was nice - I may eat James' one later too ;o)
