despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

looking around at me
Evie has now started to look around at me when she is sitting in her stroller...
...I still go around to the front to check on her.
Its funny that she is checking that I am still there also ;o)

Have you tried ducking down and making into a game... now you see me now you don't :-)
She is precious! Those eyes are so big and blue!
Eileen I will have to try that with her...
...I do something similar by putting a muslin square over her head and say "wheres Evie" and she loves that ;o)
