she wont know her real name

I tend to call Evie "Chicken Evie" shortened to "Chicken" because when she was born she had her legs tucked in like an oven ready chicken ;o)

My concern is is that if I dont start calling her Evie then she will actually think that her name is "Chicken" ;o)

So if you hear me calling her "Chicken" just remind me ;o)

Awww. I saw your photo of oven ready Evie. Very sweet :)

People around here call each other chicken or chuck in a friendly way. Where daughter lives in Stoke they call each other duck :-)

I love her name Evie, it's a bootiful name :-)

Maybe you could get James to poke you with a stick whenever he hears you doing it? That might work pretty quickly, or end painfully for James. One or the other.

thanks Eileen ;o)

Al - things usually end painfully for James regardless of the outcome ;o)

My youngest is called Raegan but we've always called her Rags. It never affected her negatively and now it's her nickname at school.

I am trying to call her Evie a bit more now ;o)
