In the past week Evie has cried whenever I put her in her bouncy chair...
Mainly I would just put her in there if there was something that I needed to do such as her dinner, and after a while she would stop and would play with the rattles but then would start again if she saw me!
So I had a look at chairs and ended up buying this...
...she likes it so far and because she is sitting up I think that she finds it preferable ;o)

She probably prefers sitting up so she can also turn around easier (as you said she does in your last post) and see where you are all the time.
She is very quick to learn :-)
