despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).
Oh, I've got to get the whole name labels thing sorted this week. I've been putting it off as long as possible. :-) I do hope Evie is excited for the start of term. X

The summer holiday has gone so quickly. You'll have to get used to the whole organised routine again :(
