despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).
It's great that Dads get paternity leave these days. When James get homes from work he'll have some quality time with Evie if she continues to have a lie-in in the mornings:)

Dads get loads more rights now with regards to family ;o)
Evie was awake at 5am this morning and James did that feed as he was already up - so I got a bit more kip too ;o)
If you get that as some sort of routine you'll be laughing!
