despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

Hats
As its chilly today me and Evie are going to wear our hats :)

Agreed, it's a lovely photo of you both.
I wear hats all year round. A hat to protect my head from the sun and to keep it warm in winter. I love hats!
