despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

gotta love free chocolate
I got to the train station last night, and saw a kindly lady handing something out...
...I was curious as to what it was (as people werent really paying her any attention) and she was handing out miniature bars of yummy gorgeous scrummy chocolate ;o)

That's what I call a result. Free samples are great, one of the reasons I love visiting Costco (always loads of freebies).
