despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).
She's obviously an outdoor girl:-)I heard on the news that the snow down south would quickly melt. Not a single snowflake here.
She looks like she is ready to get into some mischief for sure!
Eileen - Im sure the snow will make its way to North Wales soon ;o)Kelly - she is now trying to escape from me and is getting more confident where she crawls to ;o)
