despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

Crispwich
I was looking through Metro this morning, and saw this article... I used to eat crisp sandwiches in my poorer days, and they are quite tasty, my favourite was peanut butter & cheese & onion crisp sandwich...
Well it can't be any worse than the Tesco Lasagne sandwich. It certainly couldn't look any less appetising than that does.
I've been known to have the odd crisp sandwich in the past but I haven't had one for years. Maybe that needs to change (although I'll make my owns if it's all the same to Asda!).

the lasagne sandwich sounds horrible - but I bet there are people out there buying it!
I am going to have to make myself a crisp sandwich too ;o)
