despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

Groundhog Day
I was looking in the TV Guide on Saturday and saw that today on Sky ComedyGroundhog Day is on all day long ;o)
I saw that too, thought it was really witty of Sky. It's a great film, really funny. Also there's "Edge of Tomorrow: Lie Die Repeat" if you fancy a time loop movie with action/sci fi slant..

I was once bought that film as a present from a work colleague , I never did watch it :)
just dont get stuck in a loop if you do end up watching it ;o)
