despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

mittens
With the weather finally getting wintery...
...I not only managed to get Evie to wear her hat but also a pair of mittens too ;o)

Have you finished the scarf you were knitting?
I said today I should have worn a scarf with my hat and gloves.
I half expected her to pull them off like she usually did, but she kept them on ;o)
No I havent finished the scarf yet, I will have to get back to it (for next year now ;o)).
